Production time

We print and pack your puzzle within 1–3 business days of your order.

Delivery

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location, with tracked delivery worldwide. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €59.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
