Shipping Policy
Made to order. Every puzzle is printed and assembled just for you after you order, so total delivery time is production time + shipping time.
Production time: typically 2–5 business days to create your puzzle before it ships.
Shipping time (after production):
- Croatia & EU: approximately [3–7] business days
- Rest of the world: approximately [7–20] business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during holidays or due to carrier or customs delays.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on all orders of €59 or more.
- Orders under €59 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout (from €5.99 within the EU, varying by destination).
Tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships. If tracking is available for your destination, it will be included.
Customs & import duties. For orders shipped outside the EU, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Wrong or incomplete address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost or delayed parcels. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email [mybusiness.karlo@gmail.com] with your order number and we'll help track it down.
