Our products

We sell custom photo jigsaw puzzles printed to order. Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished print due to differences in monitors and the printing process.

Your photo & content

When you upload a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful or offensive material. You keep all rights to your image; you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to produce and fulfil your order. We may decline or cancel any order containing content we reasonably consider unlawful or inappropriate.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order. As items are made to order, please see our Returns page for cancellations and refunds.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Intellectual property

All site content we create — our branding, text, and imagery — belongs to Piece of Us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia.
